URGENT Rehearsal Updates!

Urgent! Please pick up your costumes on Monday! So we know before dress rehearsal if there is anything that needs to be done. Please see Carla for pick up.

Monday, Nov.21st
Advanced ballet class at 6:30 is canceled! Please take intermediate class at 4pm instead (a must)!
12:00-1:00 Angels and Guardian angel (former North Star)
12:00-1:00 Candy and Presents/Bon-Bons (Jennifer/Angela)
1:00-2:00 Party scene (Clara, Fritz, Girls, Teens, boys, no adults)
2:00-3:00 Chinese with Leads
3:00-4:00 Tarantella
5:30-6:30 Arabian
6:30-8:15 Both Waltzes (Snow with Icicles, Flower with buds) Everyone must attend!
8:15-9:15 Adults with men

Tuesday,  Nov. 22nd (updated)
**Run through the whole show in costumes as it will help us to determine what we are missing.. Everyone‘s attendance is a must!
 Act 1
11:30-1:15 (Party entrances, all adults, boys, girls, teens, Party scene, all Dolls, Battle scene, Soldiers, Mice, Rats, Snow, Icicles)
If you are not in the party scene please come @12:30
 Act 2
1:15-3:00 (Candy, Ginger Breads, Presents, Angels, North Star, Tarantella, Spanish, Chinese, Arabian, Russian, Mother Ginger and Bon-Bons, Mirlitons, Sugar Plum, Flower Waltz, Buds)
All afternoon classes will be held as scheduled! All privates with Jose could be scheduled at normal times.
8:00-9:00 Sugar plum and Cavalier

Wednesday, Nov.23rd (updated)
Dress rehearsal at the Theater: 4pm-9pm
Call time for all the dancers: 2:30pm
Unloading props: 10:30-11am
Tech. rehearsal:
1 pm-3pm Program lighting/sound


Thursday, Nov.24th
Happy Thanksgiving! Enjoy your day of rest and please , do not overeat!
Studio is closed on this day!

Friday, Nov.25th
Show (7:00 pm) at the Old Town Temecula Theater. Arrival time for all participants is 5:30. Please be ready to arrive 2 h before the show if asked on Wednesday after the dress rehearsal.

Saturday, Nov.26th
Shows (2:00pm &7:00 pm) at the Old Town Temecula Theater.

Sunday, Nov. 27th
Shows (1:00pm &4:00 pm) at the Old Town Temecula Theater.
